In 1984, after graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Architecture, Mark began work in a two man architectural firm in Lancaster, PA. By 1991, he became a partner in that firm with then, 15 employees. In 2002, Mark decided to open his own firm in Ephrata – Schillaci Architects Ltd – and has been successfully operating that firm through today.

Kyle received his Bachelors of Architecture from Penn State University in 2013 and went on to complete a Masters of Environmental Sciences in downtown Manhattan at the Center for Architecture Science and Ecology (part of Rensselaer Polytechnic University).
